Payment
When placing an order, payment must be made at the time of checkout. Great Lakes Radiant & Industrials accepts major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Customers are responsible for ensuring payment is made at the time of purchase through our checkout process.
Shipping
Great Lakes Radiant & Industrials ships to the continental United States via our preferred carrier. Shipping and delivery dates depend on product availability. Shipping rate is based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Additional charges apply for residential or limited access deliveries.
Great Lakes Radiant & Industrials is not responsible for shipping delays experienced by the carrier. We will make every effort to inform customers of delivery changes.
The responsibility of Great Lakes Radiant & Industrials ceases upon delivery of material to the carrier. As all goods are shipped at Buyer's risk, any claims for damage or shortage or loss in transit must be filed by the Buyer against the transportation company. We will assist the Buyer in any reasonable way possible with the filing and collection for any claim for damages and/or losses while in transit.) Claims against product shortages or damage will not be considered unless made within 60 days after receipt of the goods.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to accept or reject the shipment in full. If items are damaged or missing, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to notate the Bill of Lading, notify the driver (carrier), and file a claim. Refunds & Returns
Great Lakes Radiant & Industrials does not accept returned equipment or parts without prior authorization. New unopened purchased items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
A restocking fee of 25% may be charged on all returns. Returns shall be shipped by the Buyer, prepaid to a destination determined by Great Lakes Radiant & Industrials. All returns must include appropriate Return Authorization forms, which will be provided should your return request be approved.
Refunds can take as much as four weeks to process.
To request a return, please email shop@glradiant.com with "Online Return" in the subject line. All Return requests must be accompanied with an explanation noting the reason for the return.
